The PILLARS self-assessment tool aims to support the policymakers in assessing preparedness of their region/country for inclusive labour markets, while capitalising on the opportunities created by automation technologies.
Based on the assessment of 20 statements, the tool highlights policy areas that require intervention and suggests policy options that could address the following:
- Prevent and mitigate job displacement, due to adoption of automation technologies,
- Stimulate creation of innovative and inclusive jobs, powered by automation technologies,
- Support employers and employees during job transformation, following adoption of automation technologies.
